The ULU elections are completely run online, through this website. All students who are eligible to vote have been updated as users to this site and will receive a username and password to be able to access their details and to vote once the elections open.
The email addresses and information collected for the purpose of elections are collected in one of two ways:
Some colleges in the UoL will provide ULU with a database of the students who are eligible to vote in the elections from that college. This database includes the first name, last name, student ID number and college email address of these students.
The following colleges have already given ULU data so that you can vote in the elections. If your college is not listed here, get a ULU card before Saturday 13th February to make sure that you are registered to vote:
Central School of Speech and Drama
Courtauld Institute of Art
Goldsmith, University of London
Heythrop College
Institute of Cancer Research
Institute of Education
King's College, London
London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
London School of Economics
Queen Mary, University of London
Royal Academy of Music
Royal Holloway, University of London
Royal Veterinary College
School of Oriental and African Studies
School of Pharmacy
St. George's, University of London
University College London
University of London Institute, Paris
If your college is not listed above as participating in the data transfer, then option 2 below will apply.
If your college has not supplied the information directly to ULU, then your data will be entered from your ULU Membership form. If you do not have a ULU card, then you have until Saturday 13th February at 5pm to get one, otherwise you will not be entered onto the database and be eligible to vote in the elections.
If you have not yet received an election password or username, please contact the election team at elect2010@ulu.lon.ac.uk
